Key Ingredients: Co-Enzyme Q 10 is an essential component of the mitochondria (the “powerhouse” of a cell), where it plays a major role in energy production.  Co-Q10 is found in almost every cell in the body.  Our bodies naturally make Co-Q10 in smaller quantities; however, as we age our ability to make Co-Q10 declines and our Co-Q10 levels can become depleted.  Certain conditions and medications have also been found to deplete Co-Q10 levels in our bodies.

Supplemental Co-Q10 has been used in several different studies spanning a wide range of topics.  It has been used successfully in many cardiovascular related health issues.  It has also been found to restore Co-Q10 levels after medication use.  Co-Q10 is also a strong antioxidant and is often times used for this reason. 

Quality can be an issue when choosing a Co-Q10 supplement.  It has been found that powdered Co-Q10 supplements do not absorb as well as oil based Co-Q10 supplements.

Suggested Use:1 soft gel capsule per day or as recommended by your health care professional. Formulated to be free of allergens derived from: Gluten, corn, artificial colors and flavors.
